Ambience 2 :: Digital Darkness Now Available
Just released is the brand new sample library Ambience 2 :: Digital Darkness. Ambience 2 is the follow-up to the hugely popular Ambience :: Textures Pads & Atmospheres. Ambience 2 is a versatile library of samples that will add a distinctive sound to your music productions. This library uses many different synthesis and experimental recordings as its foundation to create its unique sound.

M1 Volume 1 and 2 now available
SoundBrewer has just released two new sample collections from the Korg M1. The Korg M1 keyboard was originally released in 1988. It featured a brand new sound generating process, known as AI Synthesis. AI syntheses utilized PCM waveforms which were shaped using digital filters, to give the keyboard its acclaimed sound. The sounds it made are now classics. Volume 1 and 2 each contain 50 extensively multi-sampled sounds from the acclaimed keyboard. The patches utilize multiple velocity, and longer recordings before the loop to fully capture the sound of the original hardware. Be sure to check out the full list of sounds, and listen to MP3 demos of these new samples.

Oberheim Matrix-6 Volume 2 Now Available
SoundBrewer has just released the The Oberheim Matrix-6 :: Volume 2 sample collection contains. This sample collection features 50 extensively multi-sampled sounds [factory patches B 50-99] from the Original Oberheim Matrix-6 keyboard. All of the keyboard patches have been professionally recorded, edited, and looped to fully emulate the sound of the original hardware. These samples are available in GigaStudio (.gig) or SoundFont (.sf2) format, and are available as a download or on a disc.

New Sounds for May
We have many new sounds currently in development. There are Mandolin and Kalimba downloads, the Matrix-6 Volume 2, the Yamaha DX7, and the Korg M1. There have been a few delays, and we were hoping to release some of these sounds in April, but don’t worry they will all be available soon.
In June/July we are also going to be releasing Ambience 2 :: Digital Distortions. This is the follow up to the very popular Ambience sample collection.

Matrix-6 and Bamboo Xylophone Now Avaialble!
Available now is the Matrix-6 Volume 1 sample disc or download. The Matrix 6, released in 1985, was one of the last few synthesizers that Oberheim produced. It utilized high-tech digital and MIDI features and still retained a totally analog sound. It did this by using DCOs (digitally controlled oscillators) to provide stability, programmability and more. Like all Oberheim synths the Matrix-6's filters have a great warm, organic quality.
Also avaialable is the Bamboo Xylophone. The Bamboo Xylophone has 15 notes and produces a very unique sound. It produces its sound when the tuned bamboo is struck by hard mallets. The sound resembles tuned temple blocks, but with a different tonal quality.

SoundBrewer is currently in development of many new sounds that will be available in April. We are going to be releasing two new vintage synth collections, the Yamaha DX7 and the Oberheim Matrix-6. In addition we are also going to be releasing new Mandolin, Bamboo Xylophone, and Kalimba (some call this a thumb piano) samples.
