LICENSE AGREEMENT Thank you for purchasing from SoundBrewer.com. We hope that you enjoy these samples and find them useful in your music creation. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS The samples contained are licensed to you the individual user for royalty free use in the creation of a live or recorded performance. All of the sounds contained on this disc or downloaded compilation are the property of SoundBrewer. The sounds on this disc are licensed to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the individual end user who originally purchased the sample collection. Copying, duplication, selling, lending, electronically transmitting, renting of other uses not specifically for the purpose of music production is prohibited by law. These sample recordings and the editing, processing, looping, tuning, and any and all processes that have been applied to the samples to make them suitable for use in software applications are protected under domestic and international copyright laws. The sounds on the contained are STRICTLY NOT FOR RE-SALE and may not under any circumstances be sold in their own right or in any form. You may not distribute the samples, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited, for use as instruments, multi-instruments, samples, multi-samples of as programs or patches in a sampler, sample playback unit, or computer. The samples cannot be used as source playback from ROM or chip sets or embedded in any chip set. The samples may not be included in any commercial or non-commercial sound library, compilation, or any other such electronic media, websites, etc. Any unlicensed usage will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
